Toyota Motor Europe faced a monumental task: transitioning away from a series of old website platforms to a single, unified, and future-proof digital ecosystem. The project's complexity was immense, involving the migration of over 100 individual websites across 50 different countries.

Empinity was assigned the critical role of the lead migration team, entrusted with managing the entire end-to-end transition process. Our primary objective was to orchestrate a seamless transformation, ensuring that neither business operations nor the end-user experience was compromised during the migration to the new, unified platform on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

Our team was responsible for detailed strategic planning, facilitating cross-functional collaboration between numerous stakeholders, and ensuring precise execution at every stage of the project.
